Credit Cards

A 4% processing fee applies to all payments by credit card.


All products are stocked in our main warehouse in Wyckoff, NJ. Pallet orders are available by customer request with a blanket PO on a pallet basis out of other DAF warehouses. All stocked products are sold as first-come-first-serve. Stocking requests are available on a per-customer basis. Customers who require private stock to ensure availability should place a blanket order. Please call to discuss custom blanket orders for your individual needs. Note: this may have an initial lead time.

Custom Widths and Sizes

Custom widths and sizes cut from full-size stocked rolls are available for a $10 per roll slitting/converting fee.


DAF will ship Best-way unless otherwise stated on purchase order. Express shipping must be clearly stated on PO and all charges are the sole responsibility of the requesting party. Will Call is available with sufficient notice and pickup confirmation.

Ground Freight allowances on USA orders above $4,000 originating from Wyckoff, New Jersey:

  • Prepaid on shipments over $4,000 on the East Coast/East-of-Mississippi River only.
  • $100 flat rate ground freight on shipments west of the Mississippi River.
  • Contact DAF for ground freight allowances on shipments west of the Rockies/Continental Divide.

Ground Freight allowances on Canada orders originating from Wyckoff, New Jersey:

  • Freight allowance for shipments $2,000+
    • $200 flat fee Eastern ON/QC (Metro areas)
    • Contact DAF for ground freight allowances on shipments to AB/West Canada
  • Freight allowance for shipments $4,000+
    • Prepaid for Eastern ON/QC (Metro areas)
    • Contact DAF for ground freight allowances on shipments to AB/West Canada

Shipping Damage

Any shipment and/or product that appears to be damaged in transit should be rejected by receiver. A claim should be filed with the shipping company. If product was received and later determined to have damage caused in transit, then the customer should contact and request compensation from the shipping company.

International Shipping

$25 processing fee for international orders. This includes any payments made with foreign credit cards, checks, or bank accounts. $25 processing fee waived for orders over $2,000 in Canada. Customer responsible for customs/duty charges and applicable taxes.

Drop Shipments

$10 drop ship charge applies for shipments of 3 items or less.

Sample Rolls

A limited number of sample rolls are available for a nominal fee of $20, unless noted in the price sheet or by DAF. In addition, for pre-qualified and approved opportunities, complimentary short rolls or discounted full-size rolls will be made available. Sample roll sizes may vary. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the distributor or consignee.

Product Quality Issues and Returns

Before reporting a problem to DAF Products, distributors are requested to help determine if customer error is involved or a product is not being used as intended. To submit a suspected quality issue to DAF, the following information is required:

  1. Roll tracking number: This six-digit number is located on the outside of packaging.
  2. A detailed written description of the problem. (This can be e-mailed.)
  3. Several pictures clearly showing the issue.
  4. A sample must be mailed to DAF Products in Wyckoff, NJ, showing the defect or quality problem.

DAF Policy does not allow for credit after a roll has been converted in any way, including baloney-cut, slit or sheeted. DAF reserves the sole right to determine if a product qualifies as defective or out of specification. Once a product is determined to be defective, it is DAF Products’ option to replace the material or issue a credit. Any customers who are 60 days past due or delinquent are not eligible to receive credit. DAF liability is limited to defective material that it distributes and does not offer any further compensation for additional loss as a result of defective material.
